We do our best to deliver the order to you as soon as possible. We try to ship orders placed before 12:00 on working days on the same day. The product page of each individual product contains an indication of the delivery time. If, for whatever reason, we cannot meet this delivery time, we will of course inform you as soon as possible.
The stated prices of our bikes do not include shipping costs. Because we may send expensive goods to you, we will always send the bicycles to you insured. Below you will find the costs per country for transport including insurance. For domestic shipments, we prefer to have our own people deliver the bicycle(s) to your door. We like a personal approach and we think it is important that we can give you some extra advice!

Within the Netherlands delivery within:
- 100 km return €75.
- 100 to 200 km €125.
- 200 to 300 km €150,-
Of course, it is also possible to have the bicycles shipped to you insured by an external carrier within the Netherlands. The costs within the Netherlands are €150.

Germany : Insured shipping €185,-
Austria : Insured shipping €200,-
Switzerland : Insured shipping €225,-
Italy : Insured shipping €225,-
Shipping methods
For domestic orders, delivery will take place via the DHL or Post NL transport service. For foreign orders, we will check per country at the time of shipment which one best suits the address to be sent.
For a personal delivery, we will determine together what time suits you best. This delivery will be done via our own transport service. T he delivery of your new bike is possible 6 days a week . The time of delivery can be fully discussed with us. When delivering your bike, we always take your situation and wishes into account.
