TheBikeBroker has a close international network of dealers and sellers within the top segment of sports bikes and only purchases from reliable sales points. We use this network to purchase the most beautiful bikes at the best prices, so that we can offer our customers the best deal in the Benelux.

How do we guarantee quality?

Specialist inspection

All our bikes are extensively and personally checked by the purchasing and sales specialist Ferry Broertjes. Selection of the correct bicycles starts before we purchase: before we purchase a bicycle, extensive research is done into the history, authenticity and condition of the bicycle. If we make a purchase, we get into our bus and go out to purchase the bicycle(s). We inspect all details on location and check each item to see if everything is in order. We then store the newly acquired bicycle in the stock warehouse of our workshop and then find a new owner for it.

Detailed videos

We make a video of each bicycle and post it on our social channels, such as YouTube, Facebook and Instagram. Because mountain bikes are used in rough terrain, there may be minor scratches on the bike. To avoid any surprises for our customers, we make detailed product videos (specifically per sports bike) where the entire condition of the bicycle is clearly visible, because a detailed video says more than just a set of images. This way you know exactly where you stand as soon as you pick up the bicycle from us or as soon as we send a bicycle to you after a purchase in our webshop.

What is the warranty period?

Because we thoroughly check all bicycles before sale, we offer a 2-month warranty on all bicycles. Of course, we cannot 100% rule out the occurrence of a defect. At TheBikeBroker our principle is: “The Rider is the Boss”. Our goal is to provide our customers with the most innovative bicycle products in the world. We stand behind the bicycles we sell. For this reason we offer you one of the most extensive warranty conditions in the segment.
