How do we guarantee quality?

Specialist inspection

All our bikes are extensively and personally checked by our purchasing and sales specialist, Ferry Broertjes. The selection of the correct bikes already begins before our purchase: before we buy a bike, extensive research is done into its history, authenticity, and condition. If we proceed with a purchase, we get in our van and go to buy the bike(s). On-site, we inspect all details and tick off each component to ensure everything is in order. We then store the newly acquired bike in the warehouse of our workshop to find a new owner for it.

Detailed videos

We make a video of every bike and post it on our social channels, such as YouTube, Facebook, and Instagram. Because mountain bikes are used in rough terrain, small scratches may be present on the bike. To prevent our customers from any surprises, we make detailed product videos (specific to each sports bike) where the entire condition of the bike is clearly visible, because a detailed video says more than just a set of images. This way, you know exactly what to expect when you pick up the bike from us, or when we send a bike to you after a purchase on our webshop.

What is the warranty period?

Because we thoroughly inspect all bikes before sale, we offer a 2-month warranty on all bikes. Of course, we cannot 100% rule out the occurrence of a defect.
