If you wish to exchange or return your order, we are always ready to help you. You can exchange or return our products within 14 days. In exchange for the returned product, you will receive a voucher, another product, or your money back.

You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving a reason. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then receive a full refund of the order amount. Only the costs for returning the product from your address to the webshop are for your own account.

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned to the entrepreneur with all delivered accessories and - if reasonably possible - in its original condition and packaging.

To exercise this right, you can contact us via info@thebikebroker.nl. We will then refund the due order amount within 14 days of registering your return, provided the product has been received by us in good order.

General legal exceptions
Products that meet one or more of the following points cannot be returned:

a. Specially sealed products of which the seal has been broken
b. Products made to your specifications
c. Products that are clearly personal in nature
d. Products that cannot be returned due to their nature
e. Products that can spoil or age quickly
f. Products whose price depends on fluctuations in the financial market over which we have no influence
g. Loose newspapers and magazines
h. Audio and video recordings and computer software of which you have broken the seal
