If you wish to exchange or return your order, we are always here to help. You can exchange or return our products within 14 days. In exchange for the returned product, you will receive a voucher, a different product, or a refund.

You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without providing a reason. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then receive a full refund of the order amount. Only the return shipping costs from your address to the webshop are at your own expense.

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned to the entrepreneur with all supplied accessories and – if reasonably possible – in its original condition and packaging.
